1. veterans and Home Front workers of the Great Patriotic War; 2. children from orphanages; 3. disabled people of Group I and persons with disabilities from childhood; 4. students of schools and group managers from special and higher educational institutions (1 person); 5. heads of kindergarten students (2 people). 6. museum staff of the Republic of Kazakhstan and countries of near and far abroad (according to the proof document)
