The following persons are granted free admission to the museum and free guided tour services (upon presentation of a valid supporting document):
1. Veterans equated to Great Patriotic War veterans in terms of benefits, and labor veterans; 2. Residents of orphanages; 3. Persons with Group I disabilities and persons with disabilities since childhood; 4. Group leaders from kindergartens, schools, special and higher educational institutions; 5. Museum employees of the Republic of Kazakhstan and from near and far abroad.
